Jake Hebrink
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jake Hebrink founded NorthCrown Group after more than seventeen years leading operations, client experience, and large-scale program delivery. His career has centered on a simple idea: when the right processes are in place, good teams can do better work.
Jake partners with leaders who know something needs to change but lack the time or outside perspective to decide where to start. Drawing on each organization’s own data, he strengthens workflows and builds the accountability that keeps operations clear and consistent.
His experience spans event operations, program delivery, and organizational operations, where he has seen firsthand how much the right structure shapes the outcome. He starts by learning how the work gets done, then removes what is in the way and builds practical solutions for the people doing it.
Jake holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College.
He lives in Minnesota with his family and enjoys music, the outdoors, and spending time at the ice rink. Through NorthCrown Group, he brings an experienced, collaborative approach to every client relationship, with the goal of building something that works well and lasts.
