Jake Hebrink

Jake Hebrink founded NorthCrown Group after more than fifteen years leading operations, client experience, and large-scale program delivery. His work has consistently centered on a simple idea: when the right processes are in place, good teams can do better work.

Jake partners with leaders who know something needs to change but may not have the time or perspective to figure out where to start. He brings a practical, data-informed approach to simplifying complexity, strengthening workflows, and creating the accountability needed to help organizations operate with greater clarity and consistency.

His experience spans event operations, program delivery, and organizational operations, where he has seen firsthand how much the right structure can influence the outcome. His approach is straightforward: understand how the work actually gets done, identify what is getting in the way, and build practical solutions that make things easier for the people doing the work.

Jake holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College.

He lives in Minnesota with his family and enjoys music, the outdoors, and spending time at the ice rink. Through NorthCrown Group, he brings an experienced, collaborative approach to every client relationship — with the goal of building something that works well and lasts.
