Website Privacy Policy

The website at northcrowngroup.com (the “Site”) is operated by NorthCrown Group LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company that operates as NorthCrown Group Consulting (“NorthCrown,” “we,” “us” or “our”). We’re responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers the Site: its pages and its contact form. It does not cover CrownEvents.OS, our client platform. Information that clients and their users store in CrownEvents.OS is processed under each client’s signed agreement, which sets out how that data is hosted, protected, retained, exported and deleted, and under the privacy notice inside the application. What you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), what you’re interested in, and your message. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your message.

What’s collected automatically

Like every website, the Site’s hosting provider receives the technical information needed to deliver pages to you: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the time of your visit. It’s used to serve the Site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. We don’t use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

The Site doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking technology, and it doesn’t set advertising or analytics cookies.

The only cookie the Site itself sets is nc_preview, a strictly necessary cookie used for private previews before our public launch. It’s set only when someone opens a private preview link, lasts 30 days, records only that the preview is unlocked, and contains no personal information. Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to protect the Site against abuse.

Because we don’t track visitors, browser signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track don’t change how the Site behaves. If we ever add analytics, we’ll update this policy first.

We use the information you send us to:

• read and reply to your inquiry, and arrange a conversation;
• prepare a proposal, if you ask for one;
• keep a record of our correspondence;
• protect the Site and our business against spam, fraud and abuse; and
• meet our legal obligations.

We don’t add you to a mailing list or an automated sales sequence, and we don’t use your information for advertising.

We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run the Site and our email, each acting on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical information described above.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Microsoft hosts our business email, where your message is received and kept.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of NorthCrown or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

Contact form submissions aren’t stored in a database on the Site. They’re delivered to us by email, and we keep that correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and for ordinary business records, then delete it. If you become a client, it becomes part of your client records. Vercel and Resend keep request and delivery logs for limited periods under their own retention policies.

The Site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the accounts that receive your information is limited to NorthCrown. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@northcrowngroup.com. We’ll confirm the request came from you and respond within 30 days. These choices are available wherever you live, and if the law where you live gives you additional rights, we’ll honor them. We won’t treat you differently for exercising any of them.

The Site is intended for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

NorthCrown is based in Minnesota, and the Site, the contact form and our email run on US-based providers. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is material, we’ll say so clearly at the top of this page before it takes effect.
