What It Asks Of You
Less of your time than you’re expecting
Nothing here requires anyone on your side to become a software expert or a project manager. At each stage, the job is usually to show up to a call or send us a list.
Your decision-maker
0–0hours
Across the whole engagement
Whoever can approve scope and timing without checking with anyone else. Needed at kickoff and at the closing review, and reachable in between.
Your day-to-day planner
0–0hours
Most of it in Discovery and Training
Whoever actually runs events now, whatever their job title says. Both discovery sessions, the training session, and the person using the platform every week.
Everyone else on your team
0minutes
Once, at the training session
Everyone on your team gets their own login. One working session, and they're operating in it — not scheduled for a training course.
What we ask you to send
All of it is material you already have. Send it exactly as it is — no cleaning up, no reformatting, no retyping into a template. Structuring it is our job, and the messy original tells us more than a tidy summary would.
However you track which events are happening — a spreadsheet, a shared calendar, someone's inbox
Who on your team needs a login — names and work email addresses are enough
Your event budget, and what the last one actually cost once the invoices landed
Your vendor list, wherever it lives, plus any contracts and rate cards worth keeping
Your current checklist or run-of-show, so we can see what you track that we don't
Any post-event survey you've run — your existing satisfaction baseline
What we commit to, in writing
These aren’t aspirations. They’re terms of your engagement and your subscription, and they appear in your agreement.

The only thing that genuinely slows an engagement down is waiting on information. The fastest ones are simply those where the calendar and the team list arrive early — everything else we work around.
