Your instance has its own address.
CrownEvents.OS runs on a dedicated instance for each client, at that organization’s own subdomain of northcrowngroup.com. Sign in there, not here.
Where to find it
- Your instance address looks like your-organization.northcrowngroup.com. It is listed in your Onboarding Guide and in the invitation email you received.
- If you do not have it, ask your organization’s Account Owner or Admin. They can also resend your invitation from the Team page.
- NorthCrown only ever sends sign-in links as invitations from northcrowngroup.com. Treat any other sign-in link with suspicion.
